- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lime, juice of, only
- 6 fluid ounces pure apple juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 low-sodium chicken bouillon cube
Directions

1Spray a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray.

2Heat over medium heat before adding the chicken breasts.

3Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender and thoroughly cooked, turning to brown evenly.

4Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

5In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, apple juice, cornstarch and bouillon cube.

6Add the mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring, until thick.

7Spoon the sauce over the chicken to serve.
