- 2 cans ripe olives
- 1 small bottle lemon juice
- 1 bundle fresh parsley
Directions

1Slice the tomatoes, ripe olives and green olives. Chop the parsley. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; add lemon juice to coat. Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve as side dish for chicken or steak or use as a garnish for hamburgers.
