  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • bacon

Directions

    Line bottom of a large baking dish with bacon strips.

    Pour dry rice over bacon.

    In a bowl mix soups and water together; pour over rice.

    Arrange chicken on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
