- 3/4 c. rice (dry)
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Place rice and soup mix in the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Salt chicken lightly and put in a single layer on top of rice.

3Mix chicken soup with water.

4Pour over all and bake for 2 hours at 325°.

5Cover with foil and uncover the last 1/2 hour to brown slightly.

6More water may be added, if needed.
