- 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. finely packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. honey
Directions

1Combine oats, coconut and flour in bowl.

2Combine brown sugar, butter and honey in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients; stir until blended.

3Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with fork.

4Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; store in tightly covered container.

5Makes 4 dozen cookies.
