- 2 c. quartered mushrooms
- 1 head garlic
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. shredded Gruyere cheese

1Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, skin on; salt and pepper.

2Broil the chicken in a shallow pan or rimmed baking sheet about 4 to 5 inches from the heat for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side or until well browned.

3Remove the chicken from the broiler and set aside.
