Chicken With Wine

Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry wine
Directions

1Flatten chicken to 1/4-inches.

2Salt and pepper.

3Dip in beaten eggs, then in crumbs.

4Fry in oil, lightly browning both sides.

5Remove and place in greased casserole.

6Melt margarine. Add flour to make a smooth paste.

7Add milk slowly; cook until thick.

8Remove and add wine.
-
9Pour over chicken and refrigerate overnight.

10Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

11Remove and sprinkle on 1 cup Cheddar cheese.

12Return to oven for 5 minutes.
