  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms with juice, sliced
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brush chicken lightly with oil; salt and pepper chicken. Place in casserole dish and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Pour wine over dish and bake for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°. Pour mushroom slices and mushroom soup over chicken.

    Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
