- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. white wine
- 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms with juice, sliced
- oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brush chicken lightly with oil; salt and pepper chicken. Place in casserole dish and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

2Pour wine over dish and bake for 15 minutes.

3Reduce heat to 350°. Pour mushroom slices and mushroom soup over chicken.

4Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
