- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place everything in a food processor and blend together.

2Add water until hummus is slightly less thick then desired, as it will thicken in the refrigerator.
