- 1 cup dried garbanzo beans, soaked overnight
- 6 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1boil garbanzos for 15 minutes.

2preheat oven 400. rinse the chickpeas & let fully dry.

3line a pan with foil & spread the beans.

4bake 20 minutes, tossing twice.

5remove from oven, toss in oil & spice & salt & cool completely.

6i made madras curry from scratch but any kind of masala curry powder will be fine.

7when cool, return to oven & bake 15 minutes.

8remove & cool on paper towels.

9bake at your own risk.
