- 16 graham crackers
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk (chill night before using)
Directions

1Mix graham crackers and butter for crust.

2Dissolve Jello in warm water.

3Add in sugar and lemon juice.

4Let stand.

5Whip Carnation lowfat milk; have beaters cool.

6Mix in Jello mix and whip again.

7Pour in shell.

8Refrigerate4 hrs.

9You may save some graham cracker crumbs (with butter added) to garnish top.
