- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- 7 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Sift together dry ingredients.

3Beat egg yolks and add remainder of ingredients.

4In another bowl, mix egg whites with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.

5Beat until it forms peaks.

6Fold into other mixture.

7Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes and 350° for 10 minutes.
