- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. Fritos
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can (2 c.) chili
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place 2 cups Fritos in a 2-quart baking dish. Arrange chopped onion and half the cheese on top. Warm the chili.

2Mix with the cooked ground beef (crumbled).

3Pour over onion and cheese. Top with remaining Fritos and cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
