  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole green chiles
  • 2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Combine cheeses; spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Split open chiles and place over cheese.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Gradually add milk to flour.

    Blend well.

    Add eggs.

    Mix well.

    Pour over top.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
