- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole green chiles
- 2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Combine cheeses; spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Split open chiles and place over cheese.

2Top with remaining cheese.

3Gradually add milk to flour.

8Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
