- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 can Vegeburger
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cumin
- 2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
- 2 1/2 c. (dry) pinto beans, cooled
Directions

1Cook beans (ahead); fry in oil, onions and garlic until soft. Add vegeburger and fry until browned.

2Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and spices.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Add beans and simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
