- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans
- 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Stir and fry beef until lightly browned.

2Add onions and celery.

3Stir and brown.

4Add other ingredients.

5Cover and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour.

6May be served on rice.
