  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (540 ml) can kidney beans
  • 1 (540 ml) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (540 ml) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 14 teaspoons coriander
  • 1 14 teaspoons cumin
  • 34 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    Fry onion with beef until cooked.

    Add 1/2 the can of kidney beans; puree the rest (after draining the liquid) with 1/2 the can of tomatoes.

    Add puree and remaining tomatoes to the beef.

    Stir in tomato sauce and spices.

    Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
