- 3 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 6 cans chili hot beans
- 1 can V-8 Juice
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin
- Season Salt to taste
Directions

1Cook ground beef or turkey in skillet seasoned with seasoned salt Drain off any fat.

2Put remaining ingredients with meat in a large pot and simmer for about 2 hours.

3Best served 2nd day after spices have had a chance to soak in beans and meat.

4Can be thickened with flour, if desired.

5Add hot sauce to taste, if desired. 1 pound of dried pinto beans can be substituted but they must be thick with very little juice.

6Also you must increase the chili powder and cumin to 3 Tbsp. each.
