Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef or 1/2 ground turkey
  • 1 (29 oz.) can crushed tomatoes or 4 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder (more to taste)
  • 1 (51 oz.) can kidney beans
  • salt to taste (approximately 1/2 tsp.)
