  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • beef roast

Directions

    Beat eggs, salt, oil and milk.

    Blend in flour until smooth. Take stock from beef roast to cover bottom of pan; have it boiling.

    Pour in batter.

    Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with gravy.
