  • 3 lb. hamburger (not too lean)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 oz. chili powder
  • 1/2 scant tsp. cumin seed
  • 2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
  • 2 (No. 2) cans chili beans (Mexican style)

Directions

    Fry hamburger in pressure cooker just until it isn't pink. Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, tomatoes and about 1 cup water.

    Bring up pressure and cook 20 minutes.

    Cool. Then add beans.

    Keep in refrigerator one day before putting in containers to freeze.
