- 3 lb. hamburger (not too lean)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 oz. chili powder
- 1/2 scant tsp. cumin seed
- 2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
- 2 (No. 2) cans chili beans (Mexican style)
Directions

1Fry hamburger in pressure cooker just until it isn't pink. Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, tomatoes and about 1 cup water.

2Bring up pressure and cook 20 minutes.

3Cool. Then add beans.

4Keep in refrigerator one day before putting in containers to freeze.
