  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 pkg. French's Chili-O seasoning mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) Bush's chili hot beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
  • 1 can V-8 juice
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Brown meat and onion; drain.

    Add chili seasoning and stir well.

    Add beans and tomatoes.

    Add V-8 until desired consistency. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
