- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 qt. V-8 juice
- 2 cans Del Monte Mexican stewed tomatoes, pureed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. (or more) chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 cans Bush's chili hot beans
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- salt to taste
Directions

1In large pot, brown ground chuck with onion and garlic; drain fat.

2Return meat to pots and add remaining ingredients.

3Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

4Turn heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
