- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 c. half and half cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
- 2 c. frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Saute onion in 1 tablespoon of butter.

2Mix together 1/2 cup of the cheese, 4 tablespoons of the cracker crumbs, half and half cream, chilies, seasoning salt and corn.

3Turn into greased 1-quart baking dish.

4Melt remaining butter and mix together remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.

5Sprinkle on top of the corn mixture.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Bake at 375°

8for approximately 30 minutes.
