- 3 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 lb. pintos
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 pkg. chili mix
- 4 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- dash of paprika
- dash of chili powder
- salt and pepper as needed
- water to add as needed
Directions

1Soak pintos overnight; drain.

2Brown ground chuck; drain. Place all ingredients in pot; mix together.

3Stir occasionally and cook on low temperature for 5 hours.

4This recipe freezes very well.
