- 1 large can tomato juice (46 oz.)
- 3 cans kidney beans (15 oz.)
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- crushed red pepper
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat.

2Drain. Add mustard, ketchup, chili powder, salt and pepper.

3Put this in a crock-pot. Add tomato juice, kidney beans and as much red pepper to your taste. Add more salt and pepper, if needed.
