Chili Beef Stuffing Bake

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

    Mix contents of stuffing mix pouch, 1 1/2 cups hot water and 1/4 c. margarine, cut up, in large bowl just until moistened. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
