- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. corn chips
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.

2Mix meat mixture with corn, beans and chili powder in a skillet.

3Simmer 15 minutes.

4Pour into a casserole dish.

5Top with corn chips, then cheese.

6Bake at 350° until the cheese melts.
