  • 8 oz. pkg. frozen corn
  • 8 oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • 8 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • Velveeta cheese to cover

    Cook vegetables in casserole dish in microwave until almost done.

    Drain water.

    Add soup, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover with cheese.

    Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.
