- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 slices cubed white bread
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.

2In medium pan, melt 1 tablespoon margarine.

3Mix in flour.

4Add milk, stirring constantly to keep mixture smooth.

5Cook, stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

6Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread cubes.

7Cool.

8Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
