  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 or 3 cans green (whole) chilies, seeded and chopped
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Directions

    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Add flour, baking powder and salt.

    Blend.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until browned lightly.

    Cut in 1-inch or larger squares to serve.

    Serve hot!
