- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 or 3 cans green (whole) chilies, seeded and chopped
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Add flour, baking powder and salt.

3Blend.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until browned lightly.

6Cut in 1-inch or larger squares to serve.

7Serve hot!
