  • 1 lemon
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Spread chicken parts on a cookie sheet, skin side down. Squeeze lemon juice over all.

    Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper and heavy on the chili powder.

    Place in 350° oven for 35 minutes.

    Turn over, repeat process, return to oven additional 35 minutes.
