- 2 1/2 lb. boneless roast
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. bell peppers
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can Campbell chili beef soup
- rice
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips; sprinkle with flour.

2Brown; pour off fat.

3Add tomatoes, water, onion and chili powder.

4Cover on low heat for 1 hour.

5Add soup and green peppers.

6Cook 1/2 hour, covered.

7Pour over rice and serve hot.
