  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper or 1/2 teaspoon ground dried chile
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 3 1/2 ounces butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • For Dusting
  • Dutch-processed cocoa powder
