  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, lightly packed
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, peeled

Directions

    In food proocessor or blender, combine basil, cheese, oil, pine nuts and garlic.

    Whirl until pureed.

    If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day.

    Bring to room temperature before use.
