- 1 can chili (with or without beans)
- 1 block Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 or 2 bags white corn tortilla chips

1Spread cream cheese on bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Use the back side of a spoon to make spreading easier.

2Spread chili over cream cheese.

3Shred Monterey Jack cheese over chili. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
