  • 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. creamed small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 to 2 cans diced green chilies (to taste - some like it hot)

Directions

    Beat eggs until light and lemon-colored.

    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and butter.
