- 1 or 2 large carrots, cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 1 can peas, drained
- 2 or 3 c. hot mashed potatoes
Directions

1Place carrot slices around the sides of a greased 9-inch pie pan, standing up around the edge so they touch.

2Cover bottom of pan with peas.

3Fill pan with mashed potatoes.

4Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.

5Remove from oven and turn upside-down onto plate. Yields 5 to 6 servings.
