  • 50 lb. top hamburger
  • 5 lb. suet
  • 4 whole garlic
  • 15 medium onions
  • 2 gal. tomato puree
  • 1 pt. chili powder
  • 1/2 doz. cans paprika
  • 1 can red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 15 (No. 2 1/2) cans chili beans

Directions

    Melt suet.

    Add meat a little at a time; cook until done. Chop garlic and onions; add to meat and cook until done.

    Add tomato puree, cook about 30 minutes.

    Season with chili powder, paprika, red pepper and salt.

    Cook for 1 hour.
