- 5 lb. suet
- 4 whole garlic
- 15 medium onions
- 2 gal. tomato puree
- 1 pt. chili powder
- 1/2 doz. cans paprika
- 1 can red pepper
- salt to taste
- 15 (No. 2 1/2) cans chili beans
Directions

1Melt suet.

2Add meat a little at a time; cook until done. Chop garlic and onions; add to meat and cook until done.

3Add tomato puree, cook about 30 minutes.

4Season with chili powder, paprika, red pepper and salt.

5Cook for 1 hour.
