  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 pkg. Blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. parsley

Directions

    Leave cheeses at room temperature for about 2 hours.

    Cream all cheeses together with garlic salt, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add 1/2 cup of nuts and 1/2 cup parsley. Shape into ball or log.

    Roll into 1/2 cup of nuts and 1/2 cup parsley.
