- 1 pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. lean ground chuck
- 3 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown onions, pepper and meat in skillet.

2Put in pot and add tomatoes and seasonings; simmer for 30 minutes.
