- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
- 1 1/2 c. water
