- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon oregano leaves, crumbled
- 18-14 teaspoon cayenne powder
Directions

1Lightly beat egg white in medium-size bowl.
