  • 1 egg white
  • 1 lb raw cashews (unsalted)
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon oregano leaves, crumbled
  • 18-14 teaspoon cayenne powder

    Lightly beat egg white in medium-size bowl.

    Add cashews; toss to coat.

    Combine remaining ingredients.

    Sprinkle over nuts.

    Spread on a greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.

    Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
