  • 2 cans whole green chilies, rinsed and slit down one side
  • sliced Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. taco sauce
  • salt

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

    Stuff chilies with cheese slices.

    Place in pan.

    Add flour to milk; beat until lump free.

    Add eggs and salt; beat, then add taco sauce.

    Mix well.

    Pour over chilies.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
