- 2 cans whole green chilies, rinsed and slit down one side
- sliced Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. taco sauce
- salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

3Stuff chilies with cheese slices.

4Place in pan.

5Add flour to milk; beat until lump free.

6Add eggs and salt; beat, then add taco sauce.

7Mix well.

8Pour over chilies.

9Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
