- 1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chilies (whole)
- 1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 jar Ortega salsa
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Directions

1Rinse chilies in cold water.

2Split and remove seeds and veins. Layer half in bottom of a 9-inch square casserole dish. Sprinkle Jack cheese on top of chilies. Layer remaining chilies on top. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.

3Beat eggs with flour and then milk. Pour over all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Pour salsa over top of casserole and return to oven for 15 minutes.

5Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
