- 1 can (large) evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Shred cheeses on bottom of pan.

2Layer chilies, then cheese again.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Beat yolks, milk, flour and salt until smooth.

5Fold in egg whites into yolk mixture and spread over chilies and cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in cake pan.
