- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (set aside 1 c. for top)
- 1 (14 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Thoroughly mix flour, eggs and half and half.

2Set aside. Grate cheeses and set aside.

3Alternate in thin layers cheese, chilies and milk mixture.

4(Thin layers are the best.)

5Top with tomato sauce and remaining 1 cup of cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

7Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
