  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (set aside 1 c. for top)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Thoroughly mix flour, eggs and half and half.

    Set aside. Grate cheeses and set aside.

    Alternate in thin layers cheese, chilies and milk mixture.

    (Thin layers are the best.)

    Top with tomato sauce and remaining 1 cup of cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
