- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1Boil potatoes in jackets; chill.

4Melt butter or margarine in 8-inch skillet.

5Put potatoes in pan, leaving 1 inch space around the edge.

6Brown about 9 minutes.

7Reduce heat, if necessary; turn.
