- 27 oz. can whole green chilies
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 5 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 13 oz. can evaporated Pet milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Directions

1Wash and remove seeds from chilies and let soak in cold water for 1 hour; drain.

2Lay chilies flat in bottom of baking dish. Put grated cheeses on top.

3Mix egg, flour, milk and salt.

4Lay more chilies on top of cheese.

5Pour milk mixture over top of cheese, then more chilies on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove and pour tomato sauce over top.

7Bake for 10 minutes more.
