  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 12 ounces canned whole green chilies
  • 10 ounces cheddar cheese

Directions

    Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff then fold in the yolks, water and flour.

    Remove seeds and clean chilies, then stuff with cheese.

    Spoon a portion of the egg mixture (large enough to support a chili) onto a heated frying pan then place a chili on top of the mixture.

    Then add another portion of egg mixture on top of the chili.

    Brown one side then the other.
