- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 12 ounces canned whole green chilies
- 10 ounces cheddar cheese
Directions

1Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff then fold in the yolks, water and flour.

2Remove seeds and clean chilies, then stuff with cheese.

3Spoon a portion of the egg mixture (large enough to support a chili) onto a heated frying pan then place a chili on top of the mixture.

4Then add another portion of egg mixture on top of the chili.

5Brown one side then the other.
